§ Miss BaconIn 1953 the number of juveniles aged under 17 found guilty of indictable offences at magistrates' courts in Dorset was 254. The corresponding figure for 1963 was 258. These represent rates of 77 and 60 respectively per 10,000 of the relevant juvenile population.
