§ Mr. C. PannellI am informed that in the South-West the delivery period of bagged cement is now seven days, but times for bulk deliveries are normal. Difficulties have been due partly to a breakdown at one large cement plant. I understand that this plant has now been repaired, and that the delivery situation should improve shortly.
