§ 53. Mr. Owenasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science whether he is aware of the urgent need for a review of grants to university students; and what is the policy of Her Majesty's Government towards this matter.
§ Mr. M. StewartThe Standing Advisory Committee on Grants to Students is at present engaged on such a review and I expect to have the results early next year. This accords with the procedure recommended in the Anderson Report.
