§ Mr. DiamondNo. The Government have announced that they will increase the salary of Members to the level recommended by the Committee on the Remuneration of Ministers and Members of Parliament. This new salary takes full account of all the expenses currently incurred by Members in carrying out their Parliamentary duties.
