§ 30. Mr. Llywelyn Williamsasked the Minister of Health whether he will take action to reduce the period between the ending of the first phase and the commencement of the second phase in the construction of the new Gwent Hospital.
§ Mr. RobinsonWork on the second phase will be put in hand as soon as the necessary planning is completed and funds are available.
