§ 43. Mr. Pavittasked the Minister of Health what plans he has to collect cervical smears in connection with the prevention of cancer when he has secured adequate numbers of cytologists.
§ Mr. RobinsonCervical smears will be taken by general practitioners and at hospital, local health authority and family planning clinics. The exact arrangements will be decided locally when the hospital service has the trained staff to examine the smears.
