§ The Prime MinisterAs was made clear in the Gracious Speech, Her Majesty's Government intend to make 113W constructive proposals for renewing the inter-dependence of the Alliance in relation to nuclear weapons. I cannot at present say what these proposals will contain or when they will be made.
