§ Mr. T. FraserI am not aware of the effects referred to by my hon. and learned Friend, but I will certainly examine any details he may wish to send me. Where need is shown, I am prepared to vary or add to the conditions attached to consents given by my predecessor to rail passenger closures, but this could not of course extend to compensation for individuals.
