§ Mr. T. FraserI have asked Surrey County Council as agent authority to prepare draft plans for a bypass of Esher to the south and east. Draft Orders under the Highways Act 1959 will then be published as soon as possible. It is too soon to say when the scheme as finally fixed can be programmed.
