ThomasUnder existing law Service voters, once they have made a "Service declaration" for the purposes of electoral registration, are automatically included each year in the current register, whether or not they are in this country. They can vote by proxy or, if in this country, by post or in person. My right hon. Friend sees no need to amend the law.
