§ Mr. Lubbockasked the Minister. of Health if he will state the maximum number of hours per day of domestic help provided by a local health authority under Section 29 of the National Health Service Act, 1946, for totally disabled persons.
§ Mr. RobinsonThere is no maximum prescribed in the Act, but in deciding the amount of help which can be given in an individual case a local health authority necessarily takes into account the needs of the population of its area as a whole and the staff available to meet those needs.
