§ Mr. RossI am aware that in certain localities feu duties for new owner-occupied houses have risen considerably; my impression is that this rise is associated with the general increase in the cost of land in Scotland, and as the hon. Member knows it is the intention of the Government to introduce legislation to deal with that wider problem.
