§ Sir Knox Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what progress has been made in extending the enlarged Admiralty jurisdiction conferred upon the High Court of the United Kingdom by the Administration of Justice Act 1956, to the Turks and Caicos Islands by an Order in Council.
§ Mr. GreenwoodThe Government of the Turks and Caicos Islands have agreed to the extension of this Act to the Islands and the draft of the necessary Order in Council is being agreed with them.
