§ Captain Kerbyasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if, in the interests of justice, and to ensure that in future a higher proportion of proceedings against registered producers of potatoes are taken in courts which are readily accessible to producers, he will give a direction to the Potato Marketing Board to take a higher proportion of such court proceedings in courts more convenient to producers than the Oxford County Court.
§ Mr. Scott-HopkinsMinisters have no power to direct the Board as to where summonses shall be issued, but I understand that it is prepared to consider sympathetically any request for a summons to be transferred from Oxford to the growers' own locality.
