§ Vice-Admiral Hughes HallettExpenditure is chargeable to the Ministry of Transport. On completed repairs and 59W improvements, excluding routine maintenance, it amounts to £1.269 million. Contracts uncompleted at 30th April total £745,000 and about £750,000 has been authorised for work not yet put in hand.
