§ Mr. CorfieldMy right hon. Friend has no records of local authorities' rate borne expenditure under Section 132 of the Local Government Act, 1948, for which his consent is not required. A survey of municipal entertainment in England and Wales was recently published by the Institute of Municipal Entertainment. This survey compared expenditure in 1947–48 with that in 1961–62, but did not purport to be comprehensive.
