§ 71. Mr. Warbeyasked the Secretary of State for Industry, Trade and Regional Development if he will publish a White Paper containing the texts of the main proposals submitted by Governments and international organisations to the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development in Geneva.
§ Mr. HeathI fear that this would not be practicable in view of the great, and still increasing, number of important documents. The United Nations intends to publish a Record of Proceedings of the Conference which will contain all the main documents submitted to it.
