§ Mr. GalbraithMy right hon. Friend considered these representations very fully at the meeting which he had with the representatives of the Trades Union Congress on 22nd April. He informed them of the reasons why he could not reverse his earlier decision on the manufacture by British Railways of rolling stock for other owners.
