Mr. Skeet

asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs if he will state the total amount of money borrowed by the Willesden Borough Council for each of the past 10 years for which loan sanction was required, stating in detail in reference to the last three years the purposes for which the money was required.
