§ Mr. ErrollI have received two applications, one to exempt pipelines carrying china clay in certain areas of Devon and Cornwall, and the other to exempt pipelines carrying brine in an area in Cheshire. The Pipe-lines (Devon and Cornwall China Clay Exclusion) Order, 1963, has been made: I am considering the other application.
