§ Mr. du CannIt is often the case that the tariff of one country differs from that of another on the same article, and this fact does not of itself constitute a ground for representations. The tariff on leather wrist-watch straps imported from Britain into the Irish Republic has recently been reduced from 40 per cent. to 32 per cent., and the British straps enjoy a preference of 16 per cent.
