§ Mr. Lubbockasked the Minister of Health why the drug tranylcypromine 173W has not been withdrawn from use, in view of the fact that it is no longer employed in the United States of America because of the dangers involved.
§ Mr. BraineBecause the Committee on Safety of Drugs did not so advise. The Committee has warned doctors of a number of possible adverse reactions, including those noted in America, and suggested some useful precautions.
