§ Mr. MawbyThe procedure and organisation of the Post Office are continuously under review with these objects in mind and the day to day efficiency of Post Office services in the constant concern of management at all levels.
The Post Office has its own Organisation and Methods service exclusively employed on work calculated to improve efficiency and reduce manpower. There in close liaison between it and the Treasury Organisation and Methods Section which also helps in training.
The Post Office has used outside management consultants for specialised 157W problems from time to time. They are currently advising on accountancy and telephone directory problems.
