§ Mr. GalbraithIn the answer my right hon. Friend gave to the hon. Member for St. Helens (Mr. Spriggs) on 24th January he outlined some of the steps we are taking to tackle the problem of improving standards of public transport in urban areas. I do not think that any special inquiry into the financing of public transport is at present required.
