§ Mr. GreenThe estimated yields in a full year from an increase of 3d. in the lower reduced rate, the higher reduced raw and the standard rate of Income Tax for 1963–64 are £23 million, £28 million and £52 million, respectively, of which £17 million, £21 million and £52 million would have reached the Exchequer in 1963–64.
