§ 49. Mr. Callaghanasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs if he will expedite the holding of a public inquiry into the appeal now made by Messrs. Valley Carriers Limited against the enforcement notice served by the Penarth, Glamorgan, Urban District Council on 6th January, 1964.
§ Sir K. JosephThe parties were offered 16th April for the inquiry, but this date was not convenient to the Penarth Urban District Council. The 28th and 29th April would be suitable to the council, and I am now awaiting the appellants' acceptance of one of these days.
