Lewisasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will publish in HANSARD a table of figures giving the annual borrowings from the Public 30W Works Loan Board for each of the years from 1951 to date, the average interest rates for these calendar years, and the cost of repayment of these loans at the stated interest rates; and what would have been the cost of repayment for each of these years if the interest rates had remained at the 1951–52 level.
