§ 49. Sir R. Russellasked the Secretary of State for Industry, Trade and Regional Development if, in view of the fact that leather wrist-watch straps manufactured in Eire enter this country free of duty, he will make representations to the Government of Eire to reduce from 36 per cent. to zero the duty charged on leather wrist-watch straps imported into that country from Great Britain.
