Morrisasked the Minister of Power what representations he or his predecessor made to the Steel Board or to the Iron and Steel Federation since the negotiations for joining the Euro 222W pean Community broke down, with a view to securing the adoption of the European Coal and Steel Community's system of pricing rules for regulating competition and enabling the Board to comply wth its statutory duty of supervising the industry under competitive conditions.
