§ Mr. Wadeasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs whether he will take steps to set up an official pilot survey in a northern industrial town to determine how a system of site value rating would operate, in order to provide a comparison with the findings of the Rating and Valuation Association survey at Whitstable.
§ Sir K. JosephNo. I think that the Whitstable survey together with previous studies provides all the information that is at present required for further consideration of the system.
