§ Sir Knox Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what progress has been made in the preparation of a draft order under Section 11 of the Merchant Shipping (Liability of Shipowners and Others) Act, 1958, to extend the Act to the Bailiwick of Guernsey; and when the terms of the Act will apply to it.
§ Mr. BrookeProgress has been made, in consultation with the insular authorities, with the preparation of this Order, and I hope that it will soon be ready for submission to the Privy Council.
