My right hon. Friend the Secretary for Technical Co-operation has received requests for help to several institutions of higher education in Commonwealth countries which his Department is meeting by supplying staff and equipment. Assistance to the Delhi Institute is unique in that British industry is providing a major part of the equipment.
§ 42. Mr. Swinglerasked the Secretary for Technical Co-operation what grants and loans have been made since his 152W Department was founded for agricultural education; and to which Commonwealth territories they were given.
