§ 40. Mr. Steeleasked the Minister of Public Building and Works what action he proposes to take to ensure the continuation of work on the base at Glen Douglas, Dunbartonshire, in view of the recent statement by the contractors that work on the site is likely to stop.
§ Mr. RipponI am aware that the contractor is reducing the number of men employed at this site and the Ministry is in touch with him. It would be premature for me to say now what action may be necessary.
