§ Mr. MarplesIn reply to the first part of the hon. Member's Question I would refer him to the reply I gave to the right hon. Member for Vauxhall (Mr. Strauss) on Thursday, 12th March. The expenditure involved in this financial year is in respect of a contribution of half the cost of a cost/benefit study of possible investment in the Great Northern Suburban Railway Line, commissioned jointly by the Ministry of Transport and the British Railways Board.
