§ Mr. D. PriceI believe that the hon. Member has particularly in mind the Registrar's suggestion that information agreements between firms might be made registrable under the Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1956. The Government's proposals for dealing with this matter are set out in a White Paper published today.
