asked the Minister of Aviation, if the Convention establishing the European Launcher Development Organisation is yet in force.

The Convention came into force on 29th February when the Federal Republic of Germany deposited its instrument of ratification. Australia, France, the Netherlands and the United Kingdon had previously ratified the Convention.
