§ Mr. HoggPostgraduate courses in traffic engineering are available at the universities of London (Imperial College), Birmingham, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, and Strathclyde. Traffic engineering is available as an optional subject in civil engineering courses at undergraduate level at some universities.
