§ Commander Purseyasked the Minister of Transport whether he is aware of the uncertainty felt by people who park boats on the highway at night; and to what extent, under his lighting regulations, such boats rank as vessels at anchor, requiring white stay and stern lights, as vessels aground or not under command, requiring two red lights, or as wreck-marking vessels, requiring three white lights.
