§ Mr. NobleI hope to begin building a Scottish Hospital Centre for this purpose in Edinburgh in August. This will be a joint enterprise between the Scottish hospital authorities and my Department, and the council of management for the centre will hold its first meeting on 3rd July. I hope the centre will be completed next year.
