§ Mr. SandysThe answer to the first part of the Question is, yes. My reply to the hon. Member on 9th June indicated that the Swaziland Government are well aware of the importance of agricultural development in the territory, and have already formulated schemes for the use of all the Colonial Development and Welfare money which can be made available at present for this purpose.
