§ Mr. NobleThe figures for 1964 will not be available until later this year. In 1963, 54,700 pupils left on attaining the leaving age; and 27,400 at a later age. Thirty thousand had completed a three-year secondary course and 9,900 had completed a five-year secondary course. Of those continuing beyond the leaving age 15,300 did not complete a five-year secondary course.
