§ Mr. Mitchisonasked the Secretary of State for Industry, Trade and Regional Development when he proposes to publish the report submitted to him in or before November, 1963, by inspectors appointed to investigate the affairs of Livestock Marketing Company Ltd. and associated companies, some or all of which are in liquidation; and whether he will now make the contents of the report available to creditors and shareholders.
§ Mr. HeathThe police inquiries are not yet completed. In the circumstances it would not be in the public interest to publish the inspectors' reports.
