Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Minister of Health, in view of the fact that the present typhoid epidemic in Aberdeen has spread to other places, some of which are in England, and has become a national danger, if he will now appoint another committee of inquiry, to be presided over by a High Court judge, with wider terms of reference, with a view to limiting the spread of the epidemic, and to recommending and assessing compensation for all presons and businesses damaged by it.
