§ Mr. David Jamesasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will state the maximum pensions, including increases under the Pensions (Increase) Act, 1962, payable to persons under the age of 70 who retired on 31st March in each of the years 1960 to 1964 after 40 years' pensionable service from London posts in the Civil Service grades of postman, clerical officer, executive officer, senior executive officer and principal.
§ Mr. GreenThe pensions are as follows. London rates of pay have been used for service before 1st January, 1961, and outer London rates since that date.
