§ 37. Mr. Oramasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will introduce legislation to require newspapers when publishing advertisements seeking foster parents to publish a warning notice about the legal responsibilities of foster parents under Section 3 of the Children Act, 1958.
§ Mr. BrookeThis is an interesting suggestion, but I am not sure whether it would be right to place a statutory responsibility upon newspapers to publish notices in relation to arrangements which are not their direct concern.
