§ Mr. Scott-HopkinsUp to 30th June, 1964, 434 farm business plans had been approved under the Small Farmer Scheme, and £240,556 had been paid in grant. I regret that, without undue expenditure of time and labour, figures for the Farm Improvement Scheme can be given only for the Ministry's local Division, which covers both Wiltshire and Gloucestershire; up to 30th June, 1964, 7,523 applications had been approved in the two counties at a total estimated cost of £7,868,603, and £2,099,257 had so far been paid in grant.
