§ Commander Keransasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he will be ready to introduce legislation to review the Cremation Regulations, especially an amendment which would give coroners authority to issue a certificate of cremation subject to the agreement of the parties concerned that no circumstances existed which would be likely to require further examination of the body.
