§ Mr. WoodhouseMy right hon. Friend has received no formal representations. But in reply to an informal inquiry a letter was sent explaining the law relating to absent voting, and saying that in any individual case it is for the electoral registration officer to decide, subject to a right of appeal to the county court, whether absent voting facilities should be granted.
