§ Mr. MarplesI should like to publish quickly the draft Order for the line of the new road. But I cannot do so, nor can I say when the road is likely to be built, until the studies recently announced of the feasibility of expansion in Southern Hampshire have been completed. These must greatly influence road plans for the area.
