Galpernasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what steps he proposes to take to implement the recommendation in the 14th Report of the Law Reform Committee for Scotland relative to a landlord's right to proceed against a tenant's goods for non-payment of rent where such goods are subject to a hire-purchase agreement.
